About this Venue

The Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre, or “The Buell,” is a major venue within the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Opened in 1991, it was designed with incredible acoustical enhancements to provide a first-rate theatrical experience. The venue is ideal for amplified musicals, concerts, and comedy acts and is home to many high-profile, traveling Broadway shows. The Buell Theatre features an open glass front and new interior walls made from sandstone from a Lyons, Colorado quarry, which provides the ideal environment for amplified performances.
